By purchasing a ticket, you consent to your data being stored and used for commercial purposes in accordance with our Data Protection Policy. You are also opting in to communications from FMC Ireland including newsletters and marketing emails. An unsubscribe option is included in every email.
Tickets may be purchased in 3 instalments, available to customers purchasing on or before 23:59 on 31 July of the conference year. Subsequent instalments are automatically charged 30 and 60 days after the first payment. All instalments are non-refundable. Failure to pay and failure to provide an alternative card within 5 days will result in ticket forfeiture with no refund.
Your ticket remains the property of Lifestyle and Functional Medicine Conference Ireland Ltd trading as FxMed Ireland and is a personal revocable licence. We reserve the right to refuse admission for any breach of these terms or for behaviour deemed unacceptable, upon a refund of the printed registration price.
Cooling-off period: You have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Email hello@fmcireland.com. Note: if a Masterclass included in your ticket is accessed during this period, the right to cancel may be lost.
We shall have no liability where services are unavailable due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to: war, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, government action, terrorist attacks, utility failure, or electronic communications failure.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a conference for any reason. In the event of cancellation, registrants may choose between a full ticket refund or a credit note for future conferences. Registrations for postponed events transfer to the new date; refunds are only issued where the date change represents a significant disadvantage to the customer.
We reserve the right to change speakers, topics, format and dates at any time and will not be liable for any costs incurred as a result.
Speaker views expressed at or in connection with our conference are their own. We accept no responsibility or liability for advice given or views expressed. Materials shared are for information purposes only and should not be relied upon.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss of profits, business, income, opportunity, or data. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the ticket price paid after processing fees.
